1. About LoveWell

LoveWell is a digital household management platform that helps individuals and families organize calendars, meals, grocery lists, household tasks, documents, and other family information.

LoveWell provides organizational tools and AI-assisted features designed to help users make decisions more efficiently. Users remain responsible for reviewing all information before acting on it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You may allow members of your household to access information through features provided by LoveWell, but you are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

3. Your Account

You agree to:

• maintain current account information
• keep your password secure
• notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the information you upload to LoveWell.

5. Limited License

• reverse engineer the software

6. AI Features

LoveWell uses artificial intelligence to assist with:

• creating shopping lists
• drafting household reminders
• summarizing information

AI-generated content may occasionally contain mistakes.

You should verify important information—including dates, times, recipes, medication schedules, addresses, and financial information—before relying on it.

LoveWell is an assistant, not a substitute for your judgment.

• Google Drive
• Gmail
• Apple Calendar
• Microsoft services
• recipe websites
• grocery providers
• other services you authorize

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

LoveWell is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data provided by third-party services.

8. Beta Features

Some features may be identified as Beta.

Beta features:

• may change
• may be discontinued
• may contain bugs
• may produce unexpected results

Feedback you provide helps improve LoveWell.

9. User Content

You remain responsible for all information you upload.

You agree not to upload content that:

• violates the law
• infringes intellectual property rights
• contains malicious software
• violates another person’s privacy
• contains unlawful or abusive material

10. Intellectual Property

LoveWell owns all rights to:

• software
• branding
• logos
• designs
• user interface
• AI workflows
• original content
• documentation

These Terms do not transfer ownership of LoveWell intellectual property to users.

11. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing will be displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds are provided only where required by law or specifically stated at purchase.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account or stored information.

You may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Availability

We strive to keep LoveWell available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, internet outages, software bugs, or third-party services may temporarily affect availability.

14. No Professional Advice

LoveWell does not provide:

• nutritional counseling
• mental health counseling

Information provided by LoveWell is for informational and organizational purposes only.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

LoveWell is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveWell and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid LoveWell during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoveWell and its affiliates from claims arising out of:
